DirecTV Called – No Thanks, DirectPCTV Is For Real

I got a call from a DirectTV rep last night.  They told me that I was a subscriber last year and were offering an excellent package.  Everything including NFL Sunday Ticket for only $59.99 per month.  I told them that was too high for me.  They asked what service I use that could offer quite a package for a lower price.  I told them I am using DirectPCTV.  They didn’t know what the heck I was talking about.  I explained to them that I got over 9000 channels and anything I could possibly want to watch I could.  They didn’t know what to say, the rep actually said “wow” and thanked me for my time and ended the call.

Why would anyone pay $59.99 per month when it can be so much cheaper? Why would anyone pay ANY monthly fee when DirectPCTV doesn’t have a recurring fee.  This service is cheap, and it only charges once and you have it forever.  Why have cable or satellite? To watch it on your TV and not your computer? I can do that… one cord to hook my computer to my TV and I am watching channels from the US and all over the world streaming to my television.  Can you beat that?  Not really.
